Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation using tools like Visio and Lucidchart
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and implement performance tracking systems
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of team methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across diverse departments
