- Validate solutions through UAT and stakeholder feedback

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in healthcare sector
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with HIPAA compliance requirements
- Proven track record of process optimization projects
