Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specifications from stakeholders.
- Participate in data gathering efforts to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain basic documentation, including flowcharts, process maps, and user stories.
- Support the Business Analyst team in preparing reports and presentations for management reviews.
- Conduct basic research to understand industry standards and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
