Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including flowcharts, user stories, and process maps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Utilize SQL and Excel for data extraction and trend analysis
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence-based sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOX and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel pivot tables, and data visualization
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience with JIRA certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Knowledge of financial regulations (SOX, PCI-DSS)
