Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and system specifications
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories and test cases
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Support UAT and ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
