Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for corporate digital transformation initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 stakeholders across IT, finance, and operations
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure adherence to PMI standards
- Present executive-level progress reports and risk mitigation plans
- Maintain Jira/Confluence documentation and track KPIs
- Coordinate vendor relationships and contract negotiations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in corporate environments
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record managing enterprise software deployments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Strong financial acumen with budget management over $1M
- Excellent stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR)
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or related field
