Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities using data modeling techniques
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate technical concepts into business solutions
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Design and implement performance metrics to track KPIs and ROI of implemented solutions
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize business intelligence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive alignment on project deliverables
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with government/public sector exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMP)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
