Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Validate solutions against business objectives through testing scenarios
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and JIRA
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements elicitation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
