Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and facilitating the development of technical solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and clients to ensure our software and processes meet the highest standards of efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews to define clear project scopes.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Design and maintain process flowcharts, wireframes, and use case diagrams to visualize system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales) to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and proposed solutions to ensure seamless transitions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and deliverables.
- Validate end-user acceptance of solutions and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
