Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documents and process flows using BPMN/Visio
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop test cases and validate solutions against business requirements
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain JIRA backlog and prioritize product enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile/Scrum certification
- Experience with API integration and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
