Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements for complex software solutions.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to extract insights, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive functional requirements documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows in JIRA.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Process Improvement: Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and recommend viable solutions to enhance user experience and operational workflows.
- Testing & QA: Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
