Your Impact

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with stakeholders to define clear business objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements into software solutions.
- Document detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired future states.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or healthcare environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, ERD modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
