Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create clear, concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and solutions are implemented effectively.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate solutions before deployment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support the continuous improvement of business workflows and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn SQL or other data visualization tools during training.
