Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Create data-driven insights using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage sprint backlogs
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating requirement documentation and process modeling
