Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Develop detailed process flows and documentation using tools like Visio and Jira
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align objectives
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance dashboards for leadership review
- Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with process modeling and requirements documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
