Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and KPIs
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Develop SQL queries and data visualizations to uncover trends
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Facilitate workshops and lead requirement-gathering sessions
- Validate solutions through UAT and implement continuous improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and requirements management tools
