Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and documentation
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
- Support UAT and ensure successful project delivery
- Communicate findings to executive leadership through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Experience with SaaS or fintech industries a plus
