Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and project scope
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Design and implement performance metrics to measure project success
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Support UAT testing and ensure seamless implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Proven track record in process improvement and requirement validation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and stakeholder management
- Professional certification (CBAP, PMP) highly desirable
