Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and documentation using Agile methodologies
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across departments
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Facilitate JIRA backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear visualizations and actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process improvement initiatives
