Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across product, engineering, and executive teams
- Design and document business processes, user stories, and technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and KPI frameworks to measure business impact
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and technical priorities
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user flows, and test scenarios
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record translating business needs into technical requirements
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve ambiguous problems
