Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements using data-driven methodologies
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Facilitate workshops and create compelling visualizations (diagrams, dashboards) to communicate insights
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Implement and maintain requirements management systems with JIRA/Confluence
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Document business processes and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements elicitation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA highly desirable
