Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering Requirements: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to identify business needs and document functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Process Documentation: Create process maps, user stories, and workflow diagrams to communicate solutions clearly.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure alignment.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and presentations to track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support Implementation: Assist in the testing and implementation of new software solutions and business processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for candidates with a strong academic background or internship experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Attitude: A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
