Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across departments
- Analyze data trends and KPIs to identify operational inefficiencies and growth opportunities
- Create process flows, data models, and documentation to support system implementations
- Facilitate UAT sessions and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to track performance metrics
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure project delivery
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with product owners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation (BRD/SRD), and process modeling
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data mining and statistical analysis
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time within budget constraints
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
