Responsibilities
- Data Gathering: Assist in collecting and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation of business requirements, processes, and system workflows.
- Reporting: Develop basic reports using Excel and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Participate in meetings with internal teams and clients, taking minutes and summarizing key action items.
- Process Improvement: Support the analysis of existing business processes to suggest efficiency enhancements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct basic testing of data models and reports to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex information and draw logical conclusions.
