Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct thorough data analysis using SQL and BI tools to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Develop and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and UML diagrams
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML and BPMN standards
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on schedule
- Familiarity with healthcare or fintech industries (highly valued)
