Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and document functional requirements
- Create data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs
- Develop test cases and validate solutions against business needs
- Present insights to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex analytical projects
