- Lead cross-functional Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams
- Analyze KPIs and market trends to provide strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth
- Document requirements in JIRA and maintain traceability matrices throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with fintech or SaaS industry exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification
- Proven experience translating complex financial regulations into technical requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present insights to C-level executives
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in root cause analysis and solution design
