Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Develop and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation using BPMN and UML
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Lead workshops for requirements gathering and solution validation
- Perform gap analysis between current state and future business needs
- Create compelling data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across Scrum teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process optimization
- Strong proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
