Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and business needs.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, and process maps using Visio and JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate reporting to executive leadership regarding KPIs and project status.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
