Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Develop test cases and validate solution outcomes against business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and documentation standards
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- CSM or CBAP certification preferred
