Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Lead stakeholder workshops across product, engineering, and executive teams
- Develop process flows, data models, and system documentation using Lucidchart and JIRA
- Perform quantitative analysis to identify optimization opportunities in revenue streams
- Implement and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Manage vendor relationships for SaaS integrations and API implementations
- Mentor junior analysts through our structured onboarding program
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or fintech environments
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC frameworks
- Advanced SQL proficiency with complex query optimization
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time within enterprise environments
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle ERP systems
- Portfolio demonstrating requirement artifacts and process improvements
