Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Design and maintain process flows, data models, and user stories
- Perform gap analysis between business needs and existing systems
- Create detailed specifications for development teams using UML and flowcharts
- Validate solutions through UAT and data-driven testing protocols
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear visualizations
- Support agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) as BA lead
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases)
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process mapping tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Strong quantitative analysis and data modeling skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
