- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and test cases
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Track KPIs and metrics to measure project success and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services or SaaS industries
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Tableau), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on deadline
