Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.Design and maintain comprehensive business process models and flowcharts.Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.Act as the primary point of contact for project communication and status reporting.Partner with IT and product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
