Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define system requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical documentation and user stories.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to communicate system logic.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech, finance, or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
