Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements for new software solutions.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and desired outcomes.
- Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications to guide the development team.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
