Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and documentation to identify inefficiencies and drive operational excellence.
- Requirements Management: Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (development, QA) and non-technical business units to ensure alignment.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Project Delivery: Work closely with project managers and developers to ensure successful system implementation and delivery within scope and timeline.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis between current business processes and future state solutions to recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the technology or SaaS sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirement management tools.
