Responsibilities
- Lead weekend shift business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews
- Develop comprehensive data models and KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops during weekend hours to align on project deliverables
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Document business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Confluence/JIRA
- Present analytical findings to executive stakeholders during weekend reporting sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of business analyst experience with weekend shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasets
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
