In this role, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable technical specifications. You will lead end-to-end analysis projects, from gathering requirements to validating solutions, ensuring our software delivers maximum value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and operational optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, and Sales) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise User Stories and Functional Specifications using industry-standard frameworks (Agile/Scrum).
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and mockups to visualize system capabilities.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing requirements through the entire software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
