Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including user stories, process maps, and wireframes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery within scope and timeline.
- Partner with QA and development teams to validate solutions against defined requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Proven track record of managing the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
