Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Design and implement data models using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align cross-functional teams
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, data dictionaries, and test plans
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with government or consulting clients
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI platform (Power BI/Tableau)
- Proven track record of documenting requirements and process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent project management experience
