Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead strategic projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to present data insights and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service levels.
- Assist in the development of operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a similar corporate role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
