Responsibilities

- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, and enhance productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for the C-Suite and executive leadership team.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for key corporate projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Salesforce) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder management and team leadership.
- Experience working in the San Jose, CA area is highly preferred.
