Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts within the Northeast Ohio region.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the company at industry networking events and corporate functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales or account management.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel between client sites and corporate headquarters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
