Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize revenue growth and client retention.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all operational needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and customer success to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports and quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
- Maintain deep knowledge of market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the team.
- Lead negotiation processes and ensure contracts are executed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate account management or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at the executive level.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings within the Atlanta metro area.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
