Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate accounts, ensuring retention and growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to deliver exceptional client solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate account management or B2B sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings.
