Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate accounts to ensure retention and long-term growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell solutions within existing client relationships.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to resolve client issues efficiently and drive satisfaction.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess account health and address evolving client needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client inquiries and crisis management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate account management, B2B sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) with the ability to manage complex data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
