Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end corporate operational workflows and administrative procedures.
- Manage annual departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals and support staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align operational goals with broader business strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and internal policies.
- Implement project management methodologies to track KPIs and deliver projects on time.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate operations, business administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Salesforce, or similar enterprise tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel for corporate events as needed.
