Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate operations or business administration.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
