Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in corporate operations, management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the financial services or corporate sector is highly desirable.
